特別地，聚祥全自動卸磚打包系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前最暢銷的墻材企業(yè)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)方案。該系統(tǒng)由卸磚、編組、打包三部分模塊組成，擁有8項國家專利技術(shù)，已優(yōu)化更新至第六代，實現(xiàn)每小時打包3萬塊標磚，不僅幫助墻材企業(yè)降低生產(chǎn)成本，還可大大提升墻材運輸效率。該服務(wù)方案榮獲全國建材機械行業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎和山東省機械工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎。
Specifically, the full-automatic bricks unloading& packing system is the most popular problem solving plan as for now.Thissystem is combined with 3 modules: brick unloading module, programming moduleand the packing module. This system has upgraded to the 6th generation and won8 national patents. This system could pack 30 thousand standard bricks perhour,which could not only help our clients to reduce the cost, but also improvethe efficiency of transportation of bricks. Therefore,this system has won thehighest nationwide and provincewide awards in this industry.
固廢處理循環(huán)裝備研發(fā)制造是聚祥在2021年開創(chuàng)的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域?；谏罡u瓦建材行業(yè)多年的經(jīng)驗，聚祥敏銳捕捉在城市污泥無害化、資源化方向的業(yè)務(wù)機遇，乘綠色循環(huán)經(jīng)濟之東風(fēng)，組建由高校教授、行業(yè)專家及資深工程師構(gòu)成的研究團隊，開展該領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)及裝備研發(fā)，研、投、產(chǎn)一體化協(xié)同推進。目前，研究成果正在山東等地推廣應(yīng)用, 污泥處置效果得到政府部門充分認可。該方案不僅助力城市污泥無害化、資源化、減量化處置，更為廣大墻材生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供有效途徑，創(chuàng)造了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的難得機遇。2023年7月，該研究成果被山東省科學(xué)技術(shù)廳、山東省生態(tài)環(huán)境廳列入《2023年山東省綠色低碳技術(shù)成果目錄》，2023年9月，該研究成果榮獲全國墻體屋面材料行業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎。
the solid waste processing and recycling industry isthe brand new business line as for JUXIANG.Based on years of experience inbuilding material industry, JUXIANG seizes the opportunity in processing andrecycling municipal sludge in 2021, follows the prosperity of the greencircular economy in China and build aR&D team composed by professors,specialists and engineers to dedicate tothe innovation and development of this new area. As so far, technologies andequipments which are developed by this team are widely applied in Shandongprovince, and the effects of this project is widely approved and highlyrecommended by local governments. This solution could not only help processingand recycling municipal sludge, but also provide a new resolution for thosetraditional brick manufacturing enterprises who are seeking transition. In July2023, this project has been listed as one of the yearly green and low-carbonachievements in Shangdong by local government. In September 2023, this projectwon the highest award in the building material industry.
